5x SuperAmp Additive

5x SuperAmp Additive is a heat-stable and chemically inert low molecular weight compound, extracted and purified from thermophilic microorganisms. By stabilizing the native conformation of enzymes and enzyme complexes in vitro, 5x SuperAmp additive provides a higher product yield and lower background.
5x SuperAmp improves the thermostability of thermophilic polymerases and increases the half-life of many other enzymes in vitro. 5x SuperAmp additive also prevents biomolecules from premature denaturation under thermal or other stress conditions. In DNA polymerase assays 5x SuperAmp Additive suppresses the accumulation of false-primed fragments, mismatch extensions and concatemers. 5x SuperAmp Additive is very easy to use. No template/primer specific concentration optimum needs to be determined. 5x SuperAmp additive is compatible with any pre-optimized incubation buffer/additive composition. Unlike other buffer additives (DMSO, formaldehyde) it is stable and inert and does not affect the structural integrity of the enzymes or templates used. |
