The innuSCRIPT One Step RT-PCR SyGreen Kit is one of the best choice products for fast and sensitive real-time RT-PCR. All required reagents have been validated to achieve excellent results in efficiency and slope. The innuSCRIPT One Step RT-PCR SyGreen Kit uses a proprietary intercalating dye which does not inhibit PCR, other popular fluorescent dyes often do. innuSCRIPT One Step RT-PCR SyGreen Kit can be used to quantify any RNA template including viral sequences. The proprietary technology prevents formation of primer dimers and non-specific products leading to improved reaction sensitivity and specificity. Only the RNA template and primers need to be added to the reaction and the final volume should be filled up with PCR-grade water.
