For the fast and direct isolation of plasmid DNA from 250 µl of a bacteria suspension. The kit doesn‘t need the pelleting of bacteria cells and starts directly with the bacterial suspension. The kit allows the isolation of 1 – 4 µg plasmid DNA. |

Storage conditions:
The innuPREP Plasmid Rapid Kit should be stored dry, at room temperature (14℃ - 25℃) and is stable for at least 12 months under these conditions. Before every use make sure that all components have room temperature. If there are any precipitates within the provided solutions solve these precipitates by careful warming. |
