Multigel系列聚丙烯酰胺凝膠垂直電泳儀
　

Designed for the separation of analytical and semi-preparative quantities of proteins in vertical 11 x 7 cm or 11 x 12 cm  polyacrylamide (PAGE) gels

The Minigel family features a special system using fixed spacers and a one-piece profiled silicone rubber seal for rapid, complete sealing without the need for additional sealing materials such as agarose or silicone grease. Protection is provided against the neurotoxin acrylamide using the leak-free Biometra casting system.
Multigel-Long represents a system for the gel dimension of 11 x 12cm (W x L). The double-gel design permits rapid separation of up to 48 samples (24 samples per gel). The built-in water cooling system allows separation without smiling effects at higher currents. The longer separation distance in combination with the effective cooling systems allows to use the system for SSCP analysis. Additional Multigel offers microtiter plate compatible / multichannel pipette compatible combs.
Multigel represents a system for the gel dimension of 11 x 7cm (W x L). The double-gel design permits rapid separation of up to 48 samples (24 samples per gel). Thanks to the built-in water cooling system the Multigel can be used for native gels as well as for SDS-PAGE gels. Additional Multigel offers microtiter plate compatible / multichannel pipette compatible combs.
The Rotary Table for twin-chambers allows easy application of samples to the gel by turning the whole chamber.
The new Universal Glass Plate Stand with leveling feet allows casting of up to 4 gels in the stand.
The safety lid which comes with all apparatus is designed to protect the user from electrical hazard.
A complete range of analytical and semi-preparative combs is available for a maximum of flexibility in electrophoresis.
